Stephanie is deeply devoted to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has a profound passion for economic equity. Stephanie founded James and Son to create lasting economic change in the community. Her goal of James and Son is to disrupt the current DEI consulting space and provide a much-needed emphasis on tangible economic equity and impact in historically marginalized communities.
